1. General Returns Policy
Retired and Vintage LEGO sets are unique, and often one‑of‑a‑kind. For this reason:
- Returns are accepted only if the item received does not match the product description on the website.
- Returns are not accepted for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or incorrect assumptions about condition or completeness when these were clearly described.
Please read each product listing carefully before purchasing.
2. Eligible Returns
You may request a return if:
- The set is missing parts not disclosed in the product description
- The wrong item was sent
- There is major damage not described or shown in the listing
Claims must be based on objective discrepancies, not subjective preference.
3. Non‑Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for the following reasons:
- Normal vintage wear (minor scratches, light discoloration, playwear)
- Set not being “mint” unless explicitly stated
- Minor colour variations common in older LEGO parts
- Box wear, creases, or age‑related imperfections when shown or disclosed
- Change of mind or regret after purchase
- Part loss or damage occurring after delivery
4. Return Request Timeframe
- All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
- Requests made after this period will not be accepted

- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos supporting your claim
5. Return Approval Process
All return requests are reviewed individually.If the return is approved:
- You will receive return instructions via email
- Items must be returned in the same condition as received
- Sets must not be rebuilt inconsistently, modified, or partially missing
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
6. Shipping Costs for Returns
- If the return is approved due to an error on our part, return shipping costs will be covered
- If the return is approved for other valid reasons, return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility
Original shipping fees are non‑refundable unless legally required.
7. Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Refunds apply only to the item price, excluding shipping (unless otherwise required)
Refunds will not be issued if returned items are incomplete, damaged, or altered from their original delivered condition.
8. Partial Refunds
In some cases, a partial refund may be offered instead of a full return (e.g. missing minor parts not affecting display or collectibility). This will always be discussed with the buyer before finalisation.
9. International Orders
For international orders:
- Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes
- These charges are non‑refundable
- Refused or unclaimed shipments are not eligible for a refund
10. Collectible Disclaimer
LEGObrickz sells vintage, retired, and collectible LEGO® sets intended primarily for collectors and enthusiasts. These items:
- Are not new
- May not meet modern toy safety or age standards
- Are sold as collectibles, not modern retail toys
